Day 13
Current weight: 83.2kg Had stomach upset yesterday, bloated and diarrhea. Forearm and calf were sore, suspect lack of sodium. Felt better after a cup of sea salt + stock stock water. Woke up with superb mental clarity. Did not require Ritalin, was very productive. Stomach feels fine now, mind still feels very stimulated.
